With a background in architecture and an MBA in entrepreneurship, Je’Nen blends design and strategy to align people and purpose behind meaningful impact. Since founding Apostrophe Consulting, she has partnered with a network of AEC teams and allied leaders across the U.S. to drive innovation in strategy, leadership development, and change management. She helps leaders shape the future of practice, strengthen teams, and build thriving businesses.

Je’Nen co-created Practice Disrupted, an acclaimed podcast on industry transformation, and serves on the Pro Practice Education Library Editorial Board (NCARB & ACSA). Her contributions to the profession have been recognized with the AIA Associates Award and Presidential Citations from AIA California and AIA North Carolina. She also holds credentials in design thinking, systems thinking, and change leadership from IDEO U.
